At first glance it seemed like it was referencing you and SAR based on your guy's theory. I don't think Pippy would just openly out a role, I'm just trying to make sense of all of this

I'm still missing the parts where
1. There even is a sheriff role
2. That if the sheriff does exist that they're automatically wolfy

But I realize I'm probably missing some stuff that has been discussed in PMs so I'm just going to drop it. Mechanics aren't my strong suit

Sherwood Forest, once a tranquil retreat, was anything but quiet now. The annual archery contest had gone bad when Prince John and his trusty Sheriff, in an uncharacteristic moment of inspiration, had seen through Robin's (admittedly rather flimsy) stork disguise. The warrant for his capture was ...some obscene amount of money that makes sense to animated creatures from the 1300s... and his reveal had set off a wild chase through the forest. Shots flew in all directions!

Robin nimbly ducked and dodged, but this time his luck had run out, and Nutsy's arrow struck him straight through the heart. Poor little Skippy looked on in horror as his idol tumbled down an embankment into the nearby lake.

I have to agree. The last minute wagon that built in April was sketchy. Vis coming on last minute to get a villager yeeted was especially off to me.

April’s early posts seemed off to some people, and I haven’t reread them myself to see if I agree, but I know nervous early posting was what got both of us under correct suspicion in basics. If there’s good mechanical reason to think there’s a wolf between her, am, and finn, then I’m okay voting her

Ooo that’s an interesting claim given the discussion going on. On the one hand, a natural fakeclaim if she were the sherriff, but it could make sense for the game to have a sherriff and Robin Hood counterparts. I’m leaning towards fakeclaim.

Didn't post at all yesterday. Pressure vote.

What I said was this looked like a throwaway vote to me.

I already said I thought Shorty not only sounded different (and for the record, even Shorty has admitted she has sounded different for different reasons game to game as she has tried different strats and styles), but I also pointed to something she said that sounded like weird shade throwing.

I'm always going to note a change, and consider if it's wolfy. I haven't always voted Shorty for sounding different, for the record.

THEN DocE came in and made a case that it felt like she was testing the waters in a wolfy way, and it captured in words exactly what had been pinging me about her play.

I understand how her early play gave off pings, but the rest of the day cycle she sounded village to me and was active. Everyone casted their votes on her with an hour left, so I'm not sure how her early cycle readings got her yeeted?

Early reads are more reliable imo. In my limited experience wolves tend to work really hard to clean up their act once there’s heat on them for their early posts.
