How Do I get the Upgrade?
To request Faculty or Admissions verification, sign in and open the verification form. Select your role and provide your school or institution, institutional email address, name, title, and a link to an official faculty profile, staff directory, or admissions page showing your current affiliation.
SDN staff reviews these requests. An institutional email address alone does not establish a faculty or admissions role. If your institution does not have a public directory or you need help, contact the Private Account Help Desk.
Who's Eligible
All faculty and administration at academic teaching centers (medical schools, veterinary schools, residency programs, etc).
Privacy
Verification requests are associated with your SDN account so staff can review the request and apply the appropriate badge. Submitted verification details are not displayed publicly by this workflow. Keep sensitive details in the verification form or private staff-request channel. See SDN's privacy policy for how personal information is handled.
