Hi all,
I originally had plans to start an international internship starting in Jan of 2016. However, due to some medical issues that arised in December, I pushed it back 2 months and ultimately had to cancel it. I attended a few interviews during this time and told the interviewers about my circumstances and they seemed fine with it.
In the meantime, I've continued my previous job (medically related) & am volunteering again at my local free clinic.
I want to send these updates to the schools I interviewed at. However, I'm worried it might sound bad and the schools will be turned off by me. At the same time, I want them to know I've been volunteering again in my local clinic as my application is low on clinical volunteering hours.
What are your thoughts?
Thanks everyone
