good reading material for pulmonary medicine rotation

hi all,

i'm an ms-iv and i will be starting a 4 week pulmonary consult rotation. any recommendations on good reading materials/"things i should know cold so i don't look like a *****" type stuff? i haven't done medicine in awhile and am rusty. thanks!
