I meant to say 11/20 not 10/21 my bad. I went to their information session last month and they said they do a early interview in November, and then another one in January. The November one was only if your app was in before their early deadline they said.Did you mean to say the MSJ interview is 1/21?
I got an email saying they got my application and would email me to fill out a supplemental application later if deemed competitiveFor those of you who applied at Touro College NY has anyone heard anything?
I filled out a supplemental application and once they received that they emailed me saying my application was complete. It says they are on a rolling admission and you can find out earlier via email but that they will let you know about a decision by July 1.For those of you who applied at Touro College NY has anyone heard anything?
I spoke with someone today, they told me that they are still 'early in the process' of rolling admissions and likely will send out the first acceptances later this month.Has anyone heard from Pitt?
Does anyone know how OU's program works? Why does it start may 16th? I feel like that's extremely early.
Do you mind posting your stats? And when is the GW interview?Got an interview to George Washington today! Anyone else?

I know I'm applying VERY late in this cycle. I wanted to throw my applications out there just in case someone bites! **fingers crossed**
Has anyone else applied this late in the cycle and still been invited for an interview/offered admission??
Yeah I don't know! If I go to OU my program starts 3 days after my finals of undergrad..A lot of schools I'm applying to start in May. I would like to know how it works as well!
Sure! My interview was originally scheduled for December 5, but I have a final exam that day so they moved it to January 8.Do you mind posting your stats? And when is the GW interview?

So i got accepted to Nova this morning and I'm so happy! I read through their admissions info and it said I have to make a decision by December 4th, which I think is pretty early. I haven't heard back from any other schools yet and want to keep my options open. The deposit for Nova is $1,000 and I won't get it back if I decide to go somewhere else. I don't know what to do![]()

I just found out that a friend got an interview at IUPUI earlier this week. I still haven't heard anything and am getting really nervous. Has anyone else heard back?Have not heard anything yet. I try to be good at posting on here...as it is nice when others do so. I know they are holding all their interviews on December 4th. Have you heard anything yet? When did your application get verified by PTCAS?

Not a pt student or wannabe here, but a parent who is observing this process for the second year. I honestly think Nova is running some kind of mild racket, and I would be extremely curious to know how much Nova makes each year with forfeited deposits. It seems they accept students very early, and sometimes those students don't seem to have stellar stats. I'm not referring to your stats at all, just others I have noticed. Then they give a very short timeframe for a decision, and their deposit is much larger than some others I've seen. I think it creates a panic mode in a lot of potential pts, as in, "OMG! what if I don't get in anywhere else? Should I risk losing this $1000 just to secure a spot next year?" Also, isn't Nova one of the more expensive programs, and aren't they a school that does not participate in the GradPlus program? I think we are talking enormous private loans here.
If you were my kid, I'd say take your chances with getting other acceptances, but of course, that is a decision that ultimately you will have to make. I just know that none of the schools my daughter was accepted at last year required a deposit so quickly, and none of them would have been that large. One school that accepted her in the late fall, I think it was, did not require a deposit until April. And I don't think the school she attends now required a deposit until the spring either, and she was accepted around this time last year, if I recall correctly. My memory is a little hazy on when she paid her deposit, exactly, but I know she did not make her final decision until late April, and we hadn't deposited anywhere at that time.
Another option to possibly consider is to apply to more schools if you are uncomfortable with taking your chances as they stand now. You can apply to several schools with later deadlines for far less than $1000. And, you do already have another interview on tap. Any idea of when Chatham would give you their decision?
Good luck with your decision. I am sure it is gut wrenching, and I don't envy you.
I haven't! It's going on 7 weeks since I received an email that my application was complete. I emailed Whitney recently and still no response. Quite frustrating to say the least.Has anyone heard back from AT Still University, Mesa, AZ?

I wish I could go that day but I have a final exam that day so they rescheduled me for the next interview. I would love to get it over with!I got an interview on Tuesday too! Are you going Dec 5th also or the January date?
I'm not sure if this answers your question but I contacted Whitney on 11/2 because I wasn't sure if I should still apply and she said,I haven't! Congrats! When did you submit your application?Just received an interview invitation from URI... can anyone tell me what the facilities are like?
A lot of schools require a $1000 deposit now and some ask you to respond within 2 weeks of getting your acceptance letter.. Sucks!
Wow, tough situation. Which school was your top choice? 1000 for a deposit seems like a lot to me but I'd rather have a spot in place than worry.
I was verified by PTCAS on September 14th, but did't submit my entire application (including my supplemental one and the fee) until October 5th.Would you mind sharing your submitted date and verified date, especially for Nova?

CONGRATULATIONS!! I am soo excited to visit the campus to see it in person! I think I am going to do the same and wait until December and maybe by then I will hear back from other schools so I can keep some other options open!I got accepted yesterday too!!!! SUPER STOKED! But I think I will wait till Dec to put in the deposit though. $1000 is a lot of money!!!!!!!!!!! It's crazy!!! One school I interviewed at wants us to respond within 2 weeks and requires a $1000 deposit and then another $500 in March! It's insane!
