Help me decide between these 3 Texas IM Programs PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD lol!!

Vote for only 1 UTMB & San Antonio are about twice the size of S&W....any thoughts on how that might affect getting a fellowship? Seems like the fewer residents the better chance you have at your home program of get a fellowship...thoughts???
