I am happy with my scores except for the RC. I have a 3.8+ gpa,but how badly will this impact my admissions at the more competitive schools?

I think the scores overall are high enough that you don't need to worry. Check with the schools you're most interested in about cutoffs, but I don't think anywhere cuts RC off at 18. You're a very competitive applicant regardless of a single subsection of the DAT.

Definitely retake. Your AA is a little low too. If it's anything less than a 25 I always suggest retaking.

You will probably get into 1 school I think. Some schools don't put as much emphasis on RC. You will get into one of them.
