How are people doing their retakes at community college post graduation?

Hi everyone,
I am really confused on how to get started retaking courses now that I am already graduated. I registered at a CC in Florida because it had two of the courses I needed and now they are telling me that the state law says I cannot retake these courses because I passed them with a C. I see people on the forums talking about retaking courses where they've gotten a C or better in at CCs so I must be registering incorrectly or doing something else wrong.

Someone help me out. I wanted to apply for this upcoming cycle and now I feel like that just went out the window since I can't get these retakes in.

I was so upset about what I had just been told that I posted a thread previously about this that just didn't make any sense and I didn't realize you could change the title and edit the thread - _______- ....hence why this thread exists (in case anyone was wondering)
