FTFYAlso now very suspicious of DVMD. Is she always so antagonistic? She has done a great job of pushing my buttons, calling me an idiot, threatening to lynch me and others that I trust, and attempting to deflect attention from TRH.
FTFY
haha! DVMD has grumpy cat as her spirit animal, so prickly is her norm.Lynch that_redhead
Thinking more about TRH's defense... claiming Gale is bold if it isn't so, but it isn't an absolute guarantee of being town. If SNOW can be pro-town, Gale can be a wolf.
Claiming to be a protector isn't impressive. Allie claimed the same. When I re-read TRHs claim, it included surviving three nights of attacks. Really? That is a lot of attention for a player who hasn't been around much. Seems unlikely to me. Other than me, someone who has been very vocal about my distrust, who else would be so determined to take out one redhead?
As for conversion... I sought information about how many wolves were in the game, but was denied an answer. That makes me wonder whether the number has changed, or whether the game-makers just want to keep us guessing about whether conversion is a thing.

That's normal play for her. Calls em like she sees em 😉Also now very suspicious of DVMD. Is he always so antagonistic? He has done a great job of pushing my buttons, calling me an idiot, threatening to lynch me and others that I trust, and attempting to deflect attention from TRH.
I'd like to point out that the only wolf we've found was a trial in the arena and not a person. That may not be true for all wolves, but it leans towards Gale being town. Besides, Gale is an important enough person that that role has probably been assigned to a player by the mods. It'd be really risky to claim it as your role when it's not.Lynch that_redhead

Lynch TRH because how could we all miss that.Wait, I'm confused.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wolves usually only get 1 kill, right? So either TRH has been attacked by villager assassins N1 and N2, or wolves get more than 1 kill and have unsuccessfully attacked TRH 3 nights in a row, or I'm missing something/TRH's story doesn't hold up?
And then there's the small chance that Promo's list is just completely wrong.
Wolves don't often convert noobsAre the mods actually that sadistic? I know there is such a thing as a foolish seer, and that would be a fine role for me, it seems. But cruel, and unsuited to the character I was assigned.
If wolves were going to convert someone just because they couldn't kill them, then I'd think I would have been up for it over TRH. I mean, I understand that I am unschooled, loud, boorish, etc. And likely to get myself lynched yet. But! I am in possession of an object that I reckon gives me immunity to night kills, so getting me lynched or converted would both be good options for them. Conversion would be the best, after all my previous vehement insisting that I am town, town, town. (Still town, btw.)
Thanks for the read on DVMD, WZ. I don't have enough background to know what to think about her style. If TRH is a wolf, though, I'm going to revisit the question.
Lightning was s an aspect of the 75th Hunger Games arena, where lightning would strike a tree at certain times of the day.Lynch TRH because how could we all miss that.
Also, anyone know what this lightning thing could be indicative of? I know the general premise of the Hunger Games, but nothing specific- I'd heard it was just the kiddie, slightly political version of Battle Royale. Until I get an answer, I'm just going to assume Thor got misplaced and is a wolf.
Not to mention Promo claims he was also attacked at some pointWait, I'm confused.

Last WW game, I had 3 abilities -- one of them was asking the mods about game mechanics, but it turned out to be completely faulty. That was admittedly an STL game, but it has been done before! Unfortunately, we may not know if we can trust your info until we've gone through your list. 🙁Are the mods actually that sadistic? Curious question, how long have you had said item? It it specifically yours, or is it one of the rotating items, items of which I've gotten the bow.Are the mods actually that sadistic? I don't have any firm info about who attacked me, or even that I was attacked. I slept like a baby all night. Just, when I woke up, my protective item seemed to have been activated.
I'm Gale, have the power to protect, have protected myself and been attacked at least three times.
And I'd find if difficult to believe Gale a wolf. If that's the case, find me katniss because she's damn more worthy of wolf title than Gale is.
Wait, I'm confused.

Well if it hasn't been"activated" at any other time them it is probably fair to assume that you were attackedAs I said, I don't know that I was attacked. I know that I have a protective item that appeared to activate on a morning after a "scuffle." I assume it was a foiled attack. It must not be a rotating item, since I still carry it.

For everyone's reference ^^^
SNOW was town. Snow. He is the devil in the books / movies.
Finally, I won't know the quality of my info until we suss out whether there really is a wolf on my list. But when I couldn't determine the current number of wolves, I had to come up with an alternative question fast. I asked if there are wolves with special powers, and was told that yes, there are.
I'm betting that conversion shouldn't be discounted, which could, itself, account for a wolfy Gale.
Well if it hasn't been"activated" at any other time them it is probably fair to assume that you were attacked
So many scenarios going on. Really a pain that WTF got taken out. The three remaining have all made their cases, and I can only assume that all were normal and there is a convert. I can believe that Promo is being treated somewhat special this game seeing as it was his idea in the first place, so not going there just yet. Without anything to go on, TRH at least in my mind, made it somewhat obvious she was one with a power. MJ and WZ claimed vanilla right off the bat, so I suppose I also see one of them getting converted just being seen as "safe". But they have both been under the gun the entire time, so to me, that is probably a whoops on wolf part if they thought either one was a good conversion choice.
She went through and clicked like on the discussions from the other day arguing that those with powers would be hesitant to PM an unknown.TRH to me only just made it clear she had a power this morning.
Also promo didn't ask if the wolf of those 3 had special powers he asked if wolves can. Which is a dumb question because we all know wolves tend to have abilities outside of killing.
Meh. That's inferring a lot, to be honest. And assuming a lot. There has been a scuffle nearly every night, I wouldn't correlate the two.
There is so much noob in this post, I'm not responding to it all from my phone. It'll wait until I get home.
Start with looking up various powers wolves can have. And you bet your ass conversion is one, probably blocking too.
Noobs.
I'd noticed that. That hadn't been the case when I first guessed that maybe I had been attacked. I'm open to other possibilities, and have been from the get.
Can we stop with the noob harshing? Yes, I'm a noob. A nooby noob. I own it, and apologize for it, but there is no other way that I am going to get better at it than by falling on my face a bit. I'm trying not to be a ruiner, or denser than lead, but you gotta cut a little slack, please.
Also, read, please. I have looked up what powers wolves can have, and that is a reason that I am saying that conversion is a possible explanation for what is going on.
I'd have asked a more incisive question if I hadn't been on the spot, or if I weren't such a noobinoob noober.
He is saying he thinks TRH got converted I thinkOk, I'll make it very straightforward about the powers. Wolves are unlikely to have the power to protect.
Well what I meant was, why else would the item appear to be activated on one particular night?Meh. That's inferring a lot, to be honest. And assuming a lot. There has been a scuffle nearly every night, I wouldn't correlate the two.
From one noob to another, It Gets Better!I'd noticed that. That hadn't been the case when I first guessed that maybe I had been attacked. I'm open to other possibilities, and have been from the get.

Automatic activation on a particular night?
Yes. I get that.
I'm not suggesting that a wolf has the power to protect. I'm saying that I think it is possible that the claim to have the power to protect is a lie. Just as Allie lied about having the power to protect and block when her head was on the chopping block, I think that it is possible That Redhead threw that out there to try to save herself when she was in extremis. And it seems to have worked wonders. It turned the tide so that we lynched a valuable innocent.
Protection is a great power to claim if you want to avoid detection. How can anyone prove whether she was really attacked, or whether she really protected anyone?
So, out of 4 people picked to be evaluated for wolfiness, two claim vanilla, one was definitely a special, and one claims it. Is it really likely that the net I cast fairly randomly would have dredged up two valuable roles at once?
I think he's implying her having an ability makes it likely she's a wolf.
Also she'd have to have been converted prior to him asking about that group of 4, which means either night 1 or 2. Possible but seeing as he was already on her case, I think unlikely. Unless we have inexperienced wolves.
Or something else. I made a guess. Not necessarily an accurate one. Nooby noob is a noob, and could be totally wrong about what was going on there.
Separate issues. Unrelated.
1) I think TRH is probably the wolf and is lying about having a power.
2) My (unreliable) power of being able to request information gained me the tidbit that some wolves have powers. I asked that because the more direct method of trying to determine whether conversion had occurred by asking how many wolves we had now was not answered.
She's Gale, doesn't follow for being a wolf.
I've had discussions about doing more ww hunger games with dyachei, if gale is a wolf, katniss is for sure.
And please find president coin.
Based on what dyachei and I have discussed before.
I don't think anyone is arguing that Gale would never be a wolf. The issue is that none of the three would seem to be an original, assuming that their given characters are legit.
I have some reason to believe the claim based on my character. Also, I don't believe that dy stuck to whatever you guys discussed. 😛I'm not convinced that I believe WZ's claim.
If I recall correctly, he doesn't show up until book three and I've yet to hear of anyone else from book three. Also, I could see that character being a wolf though I'm more convinced we're looking for elements within the arena.
You could see someone who acted as Katniss's personal bodyguard being a wolf?I'm not convinced that I believe WZ's claim.

I've laid everything out. I don't know how else to convince you of my role, so it is what it is. I personally don't think trh would have lied about being Gale, and I don't think MJ lied either, so I think we are looking at early conversion or faulty info. Conversion seems more likely.
That was what Katniss's thought initially. He showed that his allegiance was to her.Boggs was Coin's puppet and side kick. He did what she wanted.

You think that Katniss, President Coin, and Gale might be wolves, but only if Gale is. You have said that your previous conversations with Mods tells you that Katniss is probably wolfy, but no way this Gale could be? I don't follow your logic at all.
Though... Gale and Katniss have had their problems along the way, and they don't end up in a happily ever after situation... quoting the wikia:
After Gale is healed he goes to build weapons with Beetee. Katniss is sad that he is making weapons that could hurt innocent people in the process and he tells her he is playing by the rule book Snow plays with .... Katniss asks if it was his bomb that killed Prim. Gale isn't sure... While Katniss can never be sure that it was Gale's trap that did it, she realizes she will never be able to look at him the same way again. Gale later moves to District 2, where he secures a "fancy job" working for Panem's new government. Katniss herself believes that Gale will forget her and will soon be "kissing another pair of lips."
Again, I say, Snow was town. That means all bets are off about who is good and who is bad just based on role.
