Great! I sent LOIs to the programs in the cities I liked but they have not responded. I think I didn’t personalize the letter enough because I didn’t know much about the programs. Now I feel like I wasted the one shot I had 🙁

I send it to the PC and CC the PD. And I address both of them in the email. I don't think it makes much of a difference but I might switch it around and see if it helps at all. It's only been a few days and I sent some more tonight, so let's see.

I can speak for myself. Mine are a mini esssay.

4 paragraphs, 2 couple sentences and 2 medium length. I would say 1/2-3/4 page in length.

so last year was 20% Sept, 51% Oct

so we are at approx 45% invites given approx 55% left to give

Keep in mind after October still about 30% left to give.

Don't lose hope it is still early in the season. They have a lot of available dates, every Thursday from Nov till January.
