Is there any hope of getting into a DO school? What should I do from here?

So, I really screwed up my science classes and second semester of college, and I was wondering if there is a chance at DO schools. My overall gpa is a 3.45
Freshman
Sem 1: Bio A , Calc 1 for engineers B+, etc. GPA term: 3.625
Sem 2: Bio 2 C, BioLab B, Calc 2 for engineers F, etc. GPA term: 1.66
Sem 3: Chem A, Calc 2 for biosciences C+ GPA term 3.25
Sophomore
Sem1: Chem 2 B, ChemLab A, Physics B+, Physics Lab A , etc GPA term: 3.196
(I took language classes and had been getting C since freshman year so I stopped)
Sem2: Orgo C, Physics C, Physics Lab C , etc. GPA term: 3.024
Sem3: Biochem B+, etc. Gpa Term: 3.85
Junior
Sem1: Orgo2 D, etc. GPA: 3.36
Sem 2: Analytical Chem A, OrgoLab A ,etc. GPA: 4.0
Sem 3: Orgo retake A, Genetics A etc. GPA: 4.0
Senior
Sem 1: Instrumental Analysis A, Inorganic A, Forensics A, Chem Bonding A, Chem Seminar A GPA:4
Sem 2: Forensics 2 A, Astronomy A, etc. GPA 4.0

Overall GPA:3.45

I also have 50 hours of volunteering between Junior and senior year. I also did research all junior year. Anyway, I really screwed up with Orgo and calc, and I am wondering what I should do now.

You’re totally fine OP. I didn’t do too hot in calc or orgo 1 either, got my act together (like you did) and got a handful of acceptances this cycle.

The MCAT will make or break your app. Don’t be down about your grades, they are completely fine. Focus on getting more clinical hours and MCAT.

Get in more volunteering and yes, you're fine for DO, and even some MD, depending upon your MCAT score.
