sGPA: 3.51

Research experience: 2 years at JHU, 1 year at another school. 2 poster presentations, 1 publication currently in review (~500 hours)

Leadership Experience: Treasurer of a Hispanic student org and Mentor to first year first-generation kids on campus

Volunteer: 30 hours helping under-served elementary school kids

Shadowing: 48 hours shadowing a pediatrician

You need volunteering and shadowing hours.

Assuming you are NYS resident. The application is very light on clinical exposure and that could be an issue. Also somewhat light on service to the needy although the mentoring could count if it was a significant time commitment.

As already noted your lack of clinical experience may be an issue that hurts your application. You also need to greatly increase the number of schools you apply to where you could receive an interview with your stats. Consider adding these schools:
