Not sure if all schools do this, but I saw in a couple of threads that people had gotten into Penn without having an interview. Does anyone know how many people have the interview waived in this way, or what their credentials look like compared to most applicants? Just curious about how they stood out so much from the others that they didn't need to come in to interview.

Im not so sure if Penn does that anymore, but I could be wrong. Everyone I've heard of/from in my class (2010) interviewed this past spring. You could ask Mac Keiter or Roseann Herpen (the Penn admission people) what the deal is with the non-interviews, they are extremely helpful with anything admissions related.
