I have to say, they are doing a pretty darn good job of framing you! What if you are a wolf and you aren't going to die without your twin? @sheltermed was definitely suspicious of this happening and she's been killed off overnight. Anyone else concerned about this??

I think it would be beneficial to analyze every player today in this thread because we are so close to losing.

They say no unless it's completely non-game related but suggest against it anyway because everything we do can apparently have an effect on the game even if we didn't mean it, just because of how someone reads it (also the dead gets in trouble for posting too much whoops)

It's best not to. Anything you say or do could affect the game, especially this late in the game. And if you like something, that could be giving 'clues' as in, they're on the right path. Unless you're liking a mentors/ mods/ other dead's post haha.

I'm talking about what happened overnight. I haven't got a message yet though but I think it's just because they are running late. I'm expecting some sort of update about my health/when I'm going to die.
 
So we discussed this earlier in the game, but I want to bring it up again.

Remember when several players came forward saying that they had their fortunes read with cards (I think it was lyra, wally, and mmm, but correct me if I'm wrong)? Can we be sure the person doing this is a villager? I'm still thinking it's possible they are a wolf, and maybe they learn about abilities when they do this? I'm just asking because I think I might have an idea about who has been doing this, but I don't want to say it if you guys still think said person is a villager...

Well crap. 🙁 So I think what Trilt's trying to tell us is there are only four villagers and three wolves left, and if we don't lynch a wolf today the wolves win.

It looks shady that sheltermed was the only other person to vote for serher and she's now dead, but I think that's what the wolves want us to think, so I think we should focus on other people today. I'm pretty sure wally and kittenmittens are also villagers, but I'd like to hear from SAR, TrashPanda and Karabiner today. I hate to sound like a broken record here, but my gut is telling me Karabiner's a wolf.

I also have had weird vibes about Karabou for a while. I just haven't come up with solid reasons to convince myself yet.

I'm in and out this afternoon with family stuff. I addressed DrS's question a while back. I've already addressed that I've been working for the village this whole game. My voting record is good. Although like most of us I have voted for many villagers.

Well this is rough. I, too, interpret this as 3 wolves/4 villagers left.

I am convinced myself, kmittz, and serher are villagers.

I also think whoever has been fortune telling is a wolf. Happened to me too. If they were not a wolf, now is likely the time to come forward with some good info.
 
Do you all think I should say who I think the person reading fortunes is? I don't want to put a target on them if they are a villager, but we are kind of in a desperate situation...

That's how I read it too, that there were 3 villagers left because that means if we don't lynch a wolf today we're outnumbered and I think that means the game is over. I don't know how I feel about the fortune teller thing, because I can imagine not wanting to reveal that especially now that we're so low on numbers. Someone could have that ability and just be hinting at one they've learned about other players? I really don't know though
 
Also, if you have had this person visit you overnight and you haven't mentioned it yet, please do. Right now it's SAR, wally, lyra, and mmm. We might even get a wolf by process of elimination if everybody reveals this info.

Do you think they're a wolf or a villager based on what you know? That's a tough one because you are right that revealing that could start a mad hunt for something that could have a really helpful ability.

I'm torn. I have had mixed feelings for them the entire game. It could really go either way. How about I will wait until later today, but if it looks like we might lose without having this discussion, then I will throw it out there.

I think that makes sense, for now we should use what we know to try and narrow this down. I'm not convinced that the fortune teller isn't a villager that's just protecting themselves. Because to be honest at this point, the only roles/abilites we really know for sure are yours and mine
 
Can you guys think if any reasons that the wolves would have wanted to keep twins around? That's the main reason I was using to justify T-Painda being a villager, but I need to hear everyone's opinions about that. Shelter seemed to think I was missing something and I think I might be
 
So @Karabiner13, have you used your ability to help the village other times as well? It seems a little weird that you have an ability that was only used once (that we know about). You don't have to share too many details in the case you are a villager, but I'm still not convinced because in theory there could be another reason that the wolves didn't attempt two kills that night.

(sorry if I am forgetting other posts of yours, I have a hard time remembering all of the details)
 
And just to add on to what SAR said about the fortune cards, it wouldn't make much sense for this person to be a villager that hasn't shared any of their information with us throughout the game. If they are supposedly learning about all of the people they read cards for, then I would have expected them to help us catch the wolves throughout the game. Seems very strange to me.

I have used it but N3 was the only time I was successful.
 
Also just caught up and saw my night results. I had an ask a mod item last night. I was able to ask the mods a question. I asked if Wally was a wolf

I look forward to hearing more about that Karabou. And what you just said about your ability only being successful once makes enough sense to me.

Does anybody have any ideas about who shelter protected? Someone she thought was a villager but clearly isn't... I'm wondering if it is someone that we have assumed was a villager for a long time as a group.

Karabiner, can you please share what the mods told you about my status? I know SAR isn't 100% confident I am non-wolf, and that may help her feel better about it.

So we've already established that you knew my role quite a while ago. Did you also learn information about other players via similar methods? I don't know what your role is, so I might be totally off track. But if so, I guess I'm surprised that you weren't providing any information about wolve(s) you discovered along the way.

Yes, Karabou, please share ASAP!!

I still believe that mittens is a villager. At this point though, after hearing from my mentor, if this really is a cycle where we lose if we don't lynch a wolf, that means 3/6 (because I'm not including my villager self) could be wolves. Of course, Trilt didn't say that IS what this cycle is, but if it is, that is really concerning.

I want to get a vote on the board soon.

I might die along with this lynch vote, so there might just be two wolves left. Either that or three wolves is what I was thinking. I want to get a vote out too but I am soooooo conflicted.

I just have a quick question for you. If we are operating on the assumption that the one with the fortune cards is a wolf, do you think Lyra was lying about having her fortune read? Or are you not making that assumption? Thanks, just trying to understand everyone's votes so I can make an informed decision.

Hmmm. Good point, I forgot about that part. Who all said they were teller-ed again? Myself, Wally (who was first, I think?), Lyra? Though, going hypothetical for a minute. If the teller-er was a wolf, they could tell another wolf to say they had also been teller-ed to throw off the trail once we started talking about who had been teller-ed. That would be a good way to say "I have teller-ed these people, therefore I am a villager and the other (wolf) who said they were teller-ed is a villager!"

I know! Not sure if that's some weird strategy or what? I can't really make out if that's villager or wolf strategy, but I AM a villager, so her getting back on the sooner side would be nice to have some solid evidence for those that are concerned.

Just thinking out loud here... items have to be sent to you by another person, right? You can't just randomly acquire them?

If I'm understanding correctly, someone should be able to verify that ask a mod items exist because they sent it to karabou. @kittenmittens524 , did you send Karabou such an item? Or was it someone else? I just want to make sure this is an actual item before we hear what Karabou says about it haha.

For the record I was not lying about having my fortune read, if you'll recall I provided more details that wally and mmm later backed up. I'll reveal my role if more people are concerned about me, but I still haven't used my ability although I'd like to very soon, and if we're not done after this lynch vote I'm worried it could make me a target for the wolves.

The only other information I have to offer is night before last I received a daredevil's cannon containing an item. I could light it with a match or a lighter and I chose the lighter. This morning I learned that the item didn't come out, but I "felt very safe with it at hand all evening." So I guess that protected me last night?

I'm still suspicious of Karabiner, but I may waffle.
