Landlord/tenant relationships between officer and enlisted.

I am in the process of renting a condo and I just found out that the owner is an enlisted sailor and will be PCS’ng to another duty station. The condo is managed by a real estate management company and I don’t have any personal communication of any kind. So, do you think this will cause any problem? I still didn’t sign the lease, but I like the condo.

To add to what Tired said, since the Sailor is PCS'ing the chances of him being in your chain of command are astronomically low. With this in mind any UCMJ implications would be pretty much non-existent.
