Late to respond to email

Hey all,

For fear of sounding neurotic, wanted to ask your opinion. 3 weeks ago, a admissions office reached out asking for a supplemental piece of information. I was invited to interview at that school this Tuesday and was just able to return the email with that information today (3 week delay).

Will this be a red flag for the office?
