Having an early interview certainly gives you an advantage, however it does not mean acceptance is guaranteed. They interview >100 candidates doesn't mean all 100 seats are filled up. Don't stress out, I believe LECOM has interview all the way till May. LECOM-B really does look at your overall application. Being granted an interview means you're half way there already. The school saw that you have something to offer, now they just want to get to know you in person.
Read the interview feedback, be confident, be yourself and nail the interview. You'll be fine. Good luck 🙂
Hi There!
I have an interview with LECOM-B in March and I was just hoping that you might be able to clarify something for me. What is the student to faculty ratio? Do all 120 students take the same classes at the same time? Do you take some of the basic science classes with other health profession students (med and pa students)?
hey what's up Henry? Just a quick question...do you have any classmates that use an Apple computer? In the packet they sent us, it says no Mac laptops. Is this true? I don't really wanna buy a new laptop if it is possible to use a mac. thanks.
Please does anyone know where i could go online to find out current national issues on Pharmacy? I have an interview in a couple days and that's the only question i'm not so sure about. Thanks
ok short and sweet.....lecom is my only school i'm applying to....

What are my chances judging by others here that got accepted/waitlisted
Well.. first off thank you very much for the quick response....
i'll give you a tad bit more info
i first went to school in 04 and got a 0.6 GPA....came back couple years later and have a 4.0....
also my app was sent to lecom on 2/7/11 and they are just waiting to have my pcat scores and my last letter of rec catch up to it....
what do ya think?
approx....if you had to guess...how many will be accepted for this class....how many have already been accepted?
anyone interviewing on Feb 24th?!
Did ur portal changed ?
I am! What time is yours?Anyone going to LECOM for an interview on March 10th?
I don't know but I'll see if I can find out for you.
What do you mean the top third, do you mean 30% of the 100 wait listed? So far, LECOM Bradenton (separate from Erie) has received a little over 2000 applications (it's past LECOM's deadline but PharmCAS is still processing applications submitted before 3/1/11). 114 of those applicants have been accepted (16 seats left). The avg. GPA of accepted students is 3.4. Over 80% have completed at least 3 years of college course work and a little over 50% have bachelor's degrees. I don't know how many accepted applicants took the PCAT and I don't know the average PCAT score. The wait list is filling up but I don't know how many applicants are on it so far. Based on last year's data, it will likely grow to approx. 100. The top third are anticipated to be awarded acceptances.
I hope this helps and good luck to you!

Look at the interview feedback section. It tells you basically all the questions they ask! I was really nevous but it was not bad at all. Everyone was really nice!
Yes, the top 33% of the 100 wait listed. Didn't you already get accepted?
I was accepted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!!
You interviewed on the 24th too right? Did you call today or did you get a letter? Im too nervous to call her but if i don't get a letter today I will call!
anyone currently accepted still waiting to hear back from other schools? How many are for sure attending LECOM-B?
ya, this school is waaaay to expensive....doesn't make sense as a business decision....
have fun with ya'll student loans over the next 30 years lol
Really? Tuition was $23,125 last year and I'm an OOS student. Tuition was actually one of my big contributing factors for choosing LECOM. I definitely feel that it's on the cheaper end, even compared to in-state options. But if you have found something better, more power to you.

You need 100k in tuition alone at LECOM. How is that not expensive? I plan on going to state school and spend 100k-120k the most for tuition and living expenses
