LOI to program director or contact?

Quick question, if the program contact (on ASHP website) is different than the program director of a certain hospital, to whom do we adress the letter? Thanks!

LOI should not be directed to the Director of Pharmacy listed on the ASHP directory. It should be addressed to the program contact.

I mean the residency program director. Sometimes on ashp website the residency program director is different than the contact, so which to choose? I’ve always seen examples addressed to the program director
