LOR without Letterhead

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Hey everyone,

I have been working as an EMT-B during my first gap year and was going to get a letter of recommendation from my supervisor/preceptor who is a paramedic.

Unfortunately, however, the letter writer said that they do not have official letterhead to use.

Should I still get a letter from this person? I know the letter would be very strong but I'm not sure how much weight it would actually carry.

I appreciate any advice!
They don’t need official letterhead but I’m pretty sure they still need to make their own heading or letterhead for the letter to be valid.
