Shout out to the pre pod forum who obviously don’t read these forums. 🤣
I just don't understand why anyone would take on this debt level with this much uncertainty....and this much knowledge out there... We should be searching for @jonwill @krabmas and others and stringing them up for not being honest with us....

Anyone going to podiatry school right now is just a/an ___________

......Ignorant, delusional, has connections, could not get in any other good healthcare professions, made a quick decision after getting rejected from something else.

If this was a well thought and planned decision than one better go in and be determined to be top of class, and out work, out charm 90 percent of their class to get a top residency/hospital job or be completely happy to be a small business owner with few other career options than to work as an associate where you are underpaid with limited job security and poor benefits.

I love how SDN is finally waking up and trashing ABFAS for what they are. Keep up the good work you meme gods

Just a reminder that no memes can be created about an actual person within the Podiatry community. They do not have to be a member of SDN, but if they are an actual DPM, then no memes are allowed. I have deleted a few posts due to this. Please note this is the second time I have to state this.

Please be mindful if you all would like this thread to continue.

i feel like mine should’ve stayed. Even Dr. Rogers liked it. and it was made in jest of abfas

Yeaaah - You know what’s unprofessional - acting as if leadership isn’t directly responsible for the situation most young practitioners are dealing with.

But keep posting about how the new gen can look forward to making a change, putting their best foot forward.

I would argue that members of the "podiatry leadership" are public figures who are fair targets for commentary. They made a choice to take on these roles and put themselves out there. Being a DPM doesn't make you uniquely protected from having unkind things said about you.

Don't joke... this was an episode on TLC

The best part is the recurrence on the Right sub 1 when he said no way this comes back when you could see it in the post op visit

That dude is such a jabroni.

@Bored Snorlax
more importantly, what's this thread doing not at the top of the board? I need to get back to meming!

Lol it's 69% avg. in the most recent programmatic outcomes. How hard did people bomb the APMLE part 1 is what I'd like to know. Probably <65% to bring down 73% 3-year average. Still got reaccredited though. Thanks for looking out for pod students- good work, CPME!

69% is a pretty sucky number.

And all this time I though Temple was the Harvard of podiatry schools

Meant it as they're not #1... They're more like Columbia or Princeton at this point
Ahh got it. I was just kidding. I think all the schools have their pros and cons. AZPOD and DMU are killing it though. Gotta give credits where it's due.
