Miscalculated hours for AMCAS

While recording hours for a service trip, I accidentally put down the total number of hours I spent on the trip than the total number of hours I spent actually working on the trip. I didn't realize the mistake until after submitting the application. Should I update every school reporting the mistake and how much will that hurt my application?

Nah, i would say dont bother just yet.

I agree with @AAAmeds. If a school or the AAMC doesn't ask you about it, then don't worry about it.
