I can't answer this questions without chatmans and area of greatest restriction. Your right its completely ridiculous. How are we osteopaths supposed to answer clinical questions without a full OMM workup. Yes but this could fall under what is more likely, as the question asks, VWF is much more common.

Would have been a good question blif they hadn’t chosen the wrong answer as the correct answer.
