NEED HELP. How do I mark an LOR on AMCAS as "No Longer Being Sent" ?

The AMCAS application portal literally says after you submit you can only mark letters as "no longer being sent"...how do I do that? I'm looking at AAMC's directions and the option to mark them as such isn't even on there??

Can someone help me? Am I just blind?

I did it earlier today so the option doesn’t show on mine still but on the AMCAS letters of evaluation page I scrolled down to the letter that I was no longer sending (which had not been sent to AMCAS yet) and when I selected the letter I could check off that I was no longer going to have it sent. I don’t think you can see the option if the letter has already been received by AMCAS, so maybe that is why. In that case, it has already been sent to the schools you selected
