Just saw this was posted yesterday on the LCME website. I tried to find the detailed findings, but nothing came up in a search.

I know probation is a very scary word to med school applicants. But what it really means is that the school didn't document what they were supposed to document, or they didn't follow through on the promises they made on the last acreditacion visit
