Not having all 3 LOR on initial application

I am applying to urology this cycle and only have 2 letters of recommendation uploaded so far. I am waiting on my other letter writers to upload. I sent my application in with the 2 letters before the release date Sept 15th. Will programs consider my application incomplete and either not look at me or not offer an interview because I don't have the third letter uploaded yet?

Most places do say 3 letters required, but luckily it's still very early in the game as far as interview invites go. Send a reminder to your letter writers and let them know your application is awaiting their letter in order for your app to be read

Most places are understanding of this type of thing. They probably will only really want the letter when they are interviewing you and it likely won't be the make-or-break to get an interview or not. I would politely send your letter writers a reminder, though.
