So, did everybody finally get their NSU holiday card?
Try using your NSU ID. It should start with an N followed by 000 and additional numbers. When you submitted your secondary application, you should have gotten an email back as confirmation. One of those emails, it lists your NSU ID number. Use that instead of your SS# and let me know how that turns out. If you tried the NSU ID number, try the SS#. If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll get to the bottom of this.

I dug up my NSU ID#, and it worked finally. Thanks dude, you da man!
I've been reading through the NSUCOM student handbook and I have a few more questions.
1. What exactly is the attendance policy?
2. Students are assigned seats in lecture? (or did I read incorrectly)?
3. They made mention of students who are licensed in health professional fields not being allowed to work in those fields while in school without permission. So if I had an RN or CST license I could not take a shift a month without permission? (Not that I plan on working, but I would like the option to take a shift to stay loose).
Thanks
Fine and dandy, but it's going to be finished after we graduate. Hmm?
Yeah. 🙂 but it holds much more relevance...oh well. We're paying to have it erected!!yep, but that wasn't sunnyjohns question😀

you can wear sandals to class..but not in the anatomy lab...obviously it wouldnt be pretty if you dropped your scalpel on your feet...and for the white coat the general rule of thumb is to order a couple of sizes larger than your normal coat size. back to studying brain

Thanks, Ossari!
Anyone know how we are supposed to measure ourselves to make sure our coat and scrubs fit fashionably? Do we get to try different sizes on before buying?Who is the manufacture? Info is not on order form, and they might have a sizing thing on their website. Manufacturers always differ, and I want to make sure that I look real spiffy for med school.
Also, do you all think sandals will fly?

It may have changed since last week, but they don't know who the manufacturer of the the lab coats are going to be this year, so there were no samples for you to try on at the bookstore. the scrubs as you can see from the picture run large.
Also, they said that there will have coats for us to try during orientation. So, you don't have to submit the form now. I will be on top of this issue and will post my findings when I find something more concrete.
Sure do TR. $1694 covered July 1 07 - July 1 08. That's the rate for the 07-07 school year. It may vary some for our class. Should I put this stuff on the website? Thanks, HOD! You're on top of things!
Anyone know what the rates are for the school offered insurance, roughly? I could not find it on the chickering site.

HOD, is that the "Atlas of Human Anatomy"? It's like $100! We get a free one? Nice! 😎
by joining SOMA you also get a copy of old exams for most classes from previous years which is SUPER SUPER helpful when preparing for exams. 🙂
Yes, for the 06-07 standard student budget,Hey, Anyone: Is there a tuition increase during the clinical years, or does the stated tuition apply across all four years?
Yes, for the 06-07 standard student budget,
1st year -
R: $25,785
NR: $32,375
2nd and 3rd year -
R: $26,035
NR: $32,625
4th year -
R: $26,135
NR: $32,725
Hope this helps TR.
What can I say, I'm resourceful. Thanks, HOD! Where do you find this stuff? I thought I scoured the NSU site! So, not a large increase at all! One school I have looked at, the tuition jumps 7K for years 3 and 4.
