the date they offered is most likely the earliest, i was offered november 28th two weeks ago

Roughly 50-50. Depends on the school though.

It varies depending on the school and whether you are in-state or out of state or international.

Yeah I saw at least one I think. Not entirely positive. They also alluded to the fact that they would interview more. I doubt they have interviewed all 200 they said they were going to interview.

For this cycle your chances aren’t very high because you applied fairly late and a lot of interviews have already gone out, and your GPA is on the lower end and I agree that the 14 RC might crush you

Yeah I contacted most schools to explain the low RC score. Not sure whether it will help, but my English GPA is an 3.9 and a 4.0 in my writing intensive course.

might help. but most schools have an auto cutoff at 15.
