So...will my offer from HU be rescinded if I don’t respond two days after today? I’m really trying to see about the other two schools plus I’ve applied to other internship programs and I’m waiting to hear back from them...

I’m not sure about the waiting for UT and LSU but no, I highly doubt SHPEP will wait for your other programs. There’s a risk involved and I’m not sure what I would do.
Yeah that risk is...yikes. If I accept any of the offers, I’ll have to reconsider my applications with other internships *sigh*

Its still in review for me as well, their office hours starts at nine so im going to call, because it'll be faster to get a reason for "in review"
my only problem is that for the two ones im waiting on people are getting waitlisted, so why not just tell me im waitlisted instead of saying in review?

Seems like there’s a glitch. I called and they said they will need to work the system to get it resolved for me.
I havent been rejected, from the in review ones, they literally are still deciding, im on the phone right now!
she said the latest well know by the end of the day, hopefully!

which schools are you waiting on?
I'm in the same boat, all of my sites are still "in review" and when I called they told me the same thing, about how they are still making decisions. How is that fair though, because I thought some of the sites were already full? Or are those sites completely done with their applications?

How long did it take you guys to get on the phone with them? I'm in class and only have like a 10 minute break until the afternoon but I want to call ASAP
they put me on hold for a while, so maybe more than 10 mins, it seems allot of people were calling as well
It took me at least 10 minutes and I called exactly at 9
6 minutes for me. Representative picked up fast but I was put on hold while he launched the case.

TBH this waiting game is very stressful, i can't focus on anything else ugh
I think so too. I think results are done but getting it out to eveyone may be a difficult. I’m not too sure though.
Does anyone know what "site is full" means?
This should mean that the spots were all taken up, like everyone who was originally accepted has already confirmed their spot
I just called one of my sites, because all 3 of mine still say "in review". She pretty much said that the website was at full capacity due to the high volume of applicants, and decisions should all be released by the end of the day. I think I'll just hold off until tonight. CONGRATS to those who got it! & good luck to everyone else 🙂
What site was this and for what type, nursing, medical , dentistry etc?
Columbia for nursing, but she actually just called me back and said she thinks I should call the national office to find out more info so I'm going to do that rn

I guess that increases our chance of waitlisted if there aren’t many seats left.
I don't understand why SHPEP would announce that decisions would be released at midnight but yet here we are still left in the dark. If the decisions aren't ready, that's fine. But don't tell us that they'll be up at a very specific time and then this happens.

Does anyone think, for those who are in review may be accepted or just rejected or waitlisted? Cause i cant do this no longer lol
All bets are off on this one. I’m not too happy the way these decisions came to be released but I still want to think positively. Isn’t patience a virtue or something? I don’t even know.

I completely agree, but I also feel like the SHPEP national office didn't know about the individual sites postponing their decisions. When I called the office they didn't really know what was going on and said they would have to contact the specific sites. So I think it's a problem with communication. :/
Also, the fact that some people already know about their decisions and some don't, makes it kind of like rolling admissions...which SHPEP promised they wouldn't do this year...so it's really unfair.
