Hello, can anyone please suggest or guide me..what they expect in the interview ..I mean how can we prepare for interview

It varies. One program interviewed 40 (10 each across 4 days) and another only interviewed 12. The average is probably around 20. I really appreciated the programs that kept the totals low because it showed they were very interested in us and weren't wasting our time.

I called VCU, they said that they are still reviewing applications. They did not send invitations yet according to Mrs. Yeaman Emily (the Executive Administrative Office Assistant). Is an applicant who received in invitation your source for VCU please?

Sorry, I didn't apply to VCU so I am not sure what the situation is! I saw that an applicant commented earlier on this thread that VCU invitations had started rolling out. I am sure you can reach out to her for clarification! I'll edit my original comment to put unconfirmed then
 
Is it early to start feeling discouraged? More than 50% of the programs I applied to did not extend me any interviews and one of them sent a rejection.

Apparently they started sending invitations but are not done with it yet.

I know VCU, AnM and SLU have sent out interviews.
Met other candidates at interviews who are attending.
I cannot confirm dates.
 
For those who know, what are the chances of post matching if a person doesnt receive an interview/interviews initially? Not trying to be pessimistic but I'm studying my options here! Thanks in advance.

Its hard to say because every year is different and it depends on how many programs end up with an open spot. Some years there are a few open spots, and some years there are none.

Here are a few pages I found... the data is not 100% what you were asking about it hopefully it helps. You can also change the "2023" in the URL to previous years to look at past results

Thank you both for the insight! But wow, only 1 unfilled position last year 😳! I didn't know SO MANY people liked doing perio charts and SRP🤣

Hi! What is your insight on Tufts program, please? And is it ok that their website has very little info about the program and nothing about their residents? Are they present on any social media? (couldn't find the program anywhere --")
