1) Yes. Or, Coordinator and Former Associate of Smith Lab . Or, Smith Lab Coordinator (2016-17) and Former Associate (2015-16). I think you get around 65 characters for a title, so the latter might fit, depending on the length of your PI's name.1. i don't have enough space to write all of "[organization name]] General Associate (2015-2016) and Coordinator (2016-2017)". Can I write "Coordinator and former associate of research program" as the experience name and write the full name of the program in the organization name box?
2. if i grouped my (1) school's full tuition scholarship, (2) school recognition, and an (3) outside scholarship all under one experience, how would i format it?
is this okay?
experience name: scholarships and awards
organization name: school's full tuition scholarship
country, city, state, contact: info about school's full tuition scholarship
experience description:
full tuition scholarship for four years of study
Also:
school recognition - May 2016
contact:
Awarded to student who exemplified...
outside scholarship - Aug 2015
contact:
Awarded to student...
2) Mention the criteria for the 4-year scholarship. If it was based solely on HS performance or is need-based, it doesn't belong here. There's another place on the application to state the percent of your college expenses covered by scholarships. If, OTOH, you were required to meet certain college standards to keep the scholarship, you should state the terms.
-Organization name should be your college, if they gave the first-listed award.
-I'd change the space's name to Scholarships and Recognitions.
-Your Contact can be the college registrar for all of them, as they'd have a record of all you mention, and that would save having to repeat a Contact for every listing.
