In the continuing spirit of the tradition started last year, we will hold this as your official countdown til score release thread. You can use this as a countdown, but may also post in here general conversation if you are just going insane over this wait. Also, this may not be an exact of when the scores will come out, but we don't know how many days before the official 60 days are over they will come out. Last year, they came out around June 15th at 10pm. But this will give us a rough approximation.

Ok, let the fun begin.........

Lets pray for all of you and for my very best roommate, and two of my other bestest friends. 😀 May all come with good news in the following two months.

This is for the neurotic ones who just need somewhere to vent their frustration over the wait. 😛

First, they decimated the script by taking out any subtle, ironic humor... probably on the principle that Americans don't understand wit. People who love the book will understand that the movie lost any hope of being good right there.

Then they hired somebody dreadfully ugly to play Darcy, turned Bingley into a bumbling fool, and threw in some grotesque historical inaccuracies (Bingley walking into the room where Jane is in bed and chatting her up, just to name the worst.)

Check out the A&E version starring Colin Firth as Darcy. It's MUCH MUCH BETTER.

I completely agree, Jane Austen would have been disappointed 😡 I only liked the movie because of Keira Knightly :laugh:

It was entertaining. And while it did have an affair in it (what is it with all theses affair movies???), it didn't leave me with a horrible creepy feeling like Match Point and Derailed (another Jennifer Aniston movie).

She was the sole reason I was able to finish King Arthur, P & P, and from the looks of the trailers, will be the only thing to draw me to Pirates 2. :laugh:

I figured he was from France... turns out Paraguay. What was he thinking? I mean the Italian red card was pretty unquestionable, but for the rest 😡 😕 😡 😕 👎

That ref was suspended from the 2002 World Cup by FIFA for inconsistency. They were talking about that post-match on ABC. The US was really outplaying the Italians, but we did get lucky on our sole goal 🙂 Anyways, play 8 verse 9 and still being the better team for the majority of the second half says a lot about the US team...lets hope they can pull it off against Ghana and get some Italian luck

Can't watch MLS... but the passion brought to the world cup is like nothing the US has (barring college football in some states). I used to live a mile or so from the soccer stadium in Vicenza, Italy, and when the windows were open I could hear the fans quite clearly singing all game long. It was amazing.

do they usually release the curve first, like hope said? i was looking for that data for last years on the website but couldn't find it.

I agree. Most people don't go up much because most people don't change much knowledge or ability-wise from the first test to the second. But people do go up or down more than a couple of points; I went up nine points from my first test to my second one. :luck: to you, and I hope you get that 24. 🙂

I agree. I watch a little MLS since the Fire used to play near my house. But the World Cup indescribable, the emotions, the people, the feel...its just amazing. Makes me wish the US was a soccer crazy country 🙂

ive been there! i worked at the mayo clinic during the summer and headed to chicago for july 4th, i love chicago cause its the big city feeling that i love (like new york) but without the dirtiness and rude people. something i heard about chicago tho, which i think is hilarious if true, is that people from chicago love to play jokes on people asking for directions, especially if theyre visitors. one of my friends asked where a certain street was to two people. they pointed towards a direction, it was the wrong one, and he told me he heard them laughing about it later as he walked away haha.

Why are states like Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, etc. considered midwest. If you look at the map of the united states they are on the east side. There is nothing "west" about their location. 😕

Nope, not doing well at all ... I feel like I'm going to :barf:

One positive from this, though - I'm losing weight!! :laugh: Ten pounds more and I'll be pretty happy with my weight.

This is like waiting for Christmas.

Only, as a child, I never had the sinking sense that all of my hopes & dreams would be crushed in one fell swoop on Christmas morning.

Tomorrow, I am going to the shore, avoiding my PS that still needs a lot of work, and playing with my new mp3 player. I've become a compulsive shopper this week- needing more toys to distract me from the doom that Tuesday will bring.

I scheduled a spa appointment Tuesday morning- scalp massage, facial & haircut. It's really early Tuesday morning though, so it's possible I will just be passing the time, hoping the session ends so I can rush to the nearest wireless hotspot and check THx.

i think east is typically considered anything east of pennsylvania. even many people from illinois, michigan consider themselves midwest. it might be a general demeanor type of thing since midwestereners are typically more hospitable, which people from mich ohio illinois are, while NY, NJ, penn, people arent (no offense) 😀

If I see the number 23 one more time on a license plate, billboard, clock, receipt, etc. I am going to scream! I really hope this isn't some higher power preparing me to see a 23 on Monday or Tuesday!!

zero possibility whatsoever.

on a bright note, ive taken up biking to pass the time, and really got to know the neighborhoods and places around me much better, then stopepd at the county park around sunset time and watched people play soccer by the riverside, it was nice and relaxing. DIDNT EVEN THINK OF MCAT MORE THEN 10 TIMES

Oh my god, 23 is my PANIC number as well! It's in EVERY nightmare I have! Ridiculous.

(The only thing I can reason is, it's the reverse of what I got the last time I took it. Still, if I get a 23 this time??? AHHHHHHHK.)

What pisses me off, that its on TUESDAY, why can't they have the heart to atleast post it on monday, this is so frustrating. All this waiting, I hope its worth it :scared:
