Does anyone know how much Maryland costs for out of state? Is it possible to do instate tuition after D1?

During the interview, they said instate is possible after first year. The financial aid presenter went as far as saying there should be no one paying out of state tuition after latest 2nd year.

I have my Maryland interview tomorrow (terrible timing, I know), and I was wondering what to expect? Like I know it starts at 10:30AM and finishes at 5PM but could someone give me like a schedule of what to expect (presentations, tours, when the actual interview happens, etc.)

show up at 1010, go upstairs. THey guide you through the whole day. presentation, lunch/talk/break then interviews during that time.... then a tour of the library/ main building then its done. nice people.

Yeah it was an email with a pdf packet addressed to me so it seems it has to be done one at a time, not a blast email.
