Personally, I think this attendence thing is just a threat. Do you guys really see people like Hallas, Elkowitz, and the clinicians that come in to give 1 or 2 lectures giving us clicker quizes? Also, didn't 2009's batteries all die by the begining of their second year? And we were told that the clickers were anonymous (although I do remember someone writing down the serial numbers on the clickers next to our names at orientation last year). But think about it, other than Dixon, Kumar and Hill, what professor is going to give us a quiz? I see maybe 25% of the faculty giving us these quizes. That means that people who stream have to be sure they're there for those professors lectures.
