Formal but personal and sincere. Don't try to impress. Just be honest as to who you are. They see through everything.

No, so far I've only gotten an offer from Baylor but since Baylors my number one choice it all works out 🙂

It was actually my first time applying. I also applied to nyu and tufts but I sent my application very very late.
