Whats up everyone. I figured I'd start a Temple thread for the C/o 2012 since there isn't one yet. Congratulations to everyone that got in. Feel free to post up.
 
Go Temple! I interviewed Nov.14th and got in!! I'll be sending my deposit in as soon as I get my letter packet😀 Congrats everyone!
 
I got my email, but no mail packet. I called and they said they will have to send it again if i dont get it in 2 days. Now to make up my mind between NOVA temple, and USC. I think temple is winning my vote. What do you guys think?

I love Temple! Especially after I saw Seth Green at the airport when I interviewed 😍😍😍 He is from PA!

I live on the west coast and got my letter yesterday, so you guys should definitly have the letter sometime this week.

Nope not today. I did get some coupons from Best Buy and a packet from REI. Lucky me. Doesnt Bam Margera live in PA. If so i hope i meat his wife... she is hot.

Oh do they make us buy laptops at temple?

I haven't gotten my letter yet, either. I emailed them, but haven't heard back yet.

congrats to u all...i got my acceptance letter on friday in the mail i was sooo shocked that it arrived that same day...
did u guys get any scholarships with ur packet...like that science gpa scholarship???
 
I was trying to find a Temple dental shirt, but i cant find them anywhere .does anybody noe where i can find one?
 
I am freakin' hype about Temple right now.....I go to Temple for undergrad and live in Philly - it is awesome. I'm sure our class will be the same way
 
Im in colorado and still no letter... Apparently they said midwest was causing all the delays, but how did you west coast kids get your letters before me. Oh well. So far i think temple is where i will end up at.

Where do you all think your going to live. My friend lives in exton i may move in with him.

I'm looking into 2 living scenerios. Center City areas (studio loft style apartment 1 or 2 BR), or Roxborough/Manayunk. This all remains to be seen until I take a trip up there to take a look around.

I am wondering once you got accepted, is there any other condition besides the deposit to reserve your place? I mean, in terms of your undergrat academic results?

I think as long as you pass the required classes before matriculation then you're good.
 
Its official. I got my letter today. It was opened though? wierd

Im confused.... but is temple the school your going to go to or do you have other options. So far i think thats where im goign to end up.
 
sent out my deposit callin it a day....next month house hunting n selling myself for the huge out-of-state tution....yea is everyone accepted goin to try to find a place in the roxborough area they suggest or r there kooler/cheaper places out there???
 
how old is everyone???....i went to an interview at buffalo...boy everyone is like in there 30s n married...just wonderin wat age group the class is goin to be in the incoming class...well i guess older the better more mature...but i guess it sucks then if ur single n in ur early 20s...

ill be 23 when we start. But even when im 40 ill be immature. I hear manuchuk (i think thats what its called) is a good place to live. My friend lives in exton... i may move in with him.

I'll be 25 when I start. Most def Temple is where i'll be going, unless i get into ASDOH then it will be a difficult decision.

I'll be 22 when we start in fall, so you can count me in as being one of the younger ones. I'm sure there will be a lot of people in the 23-25 age range, so no worries 👍

Regardless of age, I'm sure everyone will become friends !
 
I'll be one week under 27 so count me as one of the young ones, right? But then again I am already married so I guess that makes me old...er.

No i dotn think you have to have a laptop. I could be wrong though.

ur not required to i dont think so because one of the students told me to keep a laptop separate just for school just in case you dont screw it up by downloading a virus from normal use....and also a backup hard-drive just in case your hard drive does crash....most students i was told used macs...i have one too believe me its wayyyy better than a pc (which will crash once every 3 months)
 
So where are you guys all from? Anyone from Philadelphia originally?
