OHSU sent me an email asking for observation hours and phone numbers, here's the email:

"Dear Applicant,

Upon review of your application, the admissions committee is requesting
further documentation of your dental observation hours. The committee
requires a minimum of 50 clinical observation hours, at least 25 of those
in a general practice setting, from all applicants. The remaining 25
hours can continue to come from a general practice, or a dental specialty
office, a public health clinic, or any other clinical setting. Our
preference is that applicants have fulfilled this requirement prior to
submitting their application. Those applicants that have met this
requirement prior to submitting their application will receive priority
in our process. Documentation should consist of a list that includes the
name of the dentist you shadowed, observed, volunteered or assisted, the
number total number of hours and date range per office or experience, and
a phone number should we need to call for verification. "

My question is, do we need to list ALL of our dental experience, or only 50 hours worth?

Thanks!

Huh, I haven't gotten this email yet. When did you get it and when did you submit?

Also, I don't think they'll care if you list all or just 50 hrs worth because they just want to see that you have completed their requirement.

The sent it to me a few days ago. My app was mailed on 08/10, but LORs were received by 1st or 2nd week of Sept.

send all of your dental experiences. The more, the better..

I called them, they said, if you list the required hours dental experience in the appl is good enough, no need to provide documents
