For schools with deadline in October like temple and South carolina, what’s everyone’s thoughts on when they’ll send out invites?
 
Is GRE a requirement for Temple? The website has no mention regarding it being a mandatory requirement. However, the PASS search engine page does mention the GRE as a requirement. Can someone with first hand information please help me out?

So for Rutgers I know that they recently started reviewing the applications (like 2 weeks ago)
 
someone told me that St Louis invites are out did anyone get an interview ???

Does anybody have any information about the perio program at the University of Minnesota? I was thinking about applying there but I don’t know much about it (besides what is on the school website)

its a good program but the deadline was Aug 1

so I don't think u cant apply !!!!
 
Is it me or this cycle has really been going so slowwwwly?

For Rochester the last interview day was Aug 22. There were around 4-5 total interview days for the whole cycle and it all started in May. Apparently they can give acceptance news even within a week of interview if they really liked the candidate.

Are you sure? Cause I got “file complete” email from Harvard just yesterday, I actually completed my case in May, but just got the “complete application” email.
 
There are 4 more people here who I interviewed with who can verify the fact
most colleges have multiple interview rounds so hang tight more invites should come your way

Well, yeah I hope to get one as they seem to be going to send out more, otherwise they wouldn’t bother sending “ready to review” emails yesterday :) Thank you so much btw, wish you wonderful luck!

Same here. Well, not yesterday but I recently received the application complete email and was wondering if interview invites were out already.
Any news about UCSF?

I am an FTD, I know it is difficult to get invites, and I haven’t got one till now.I haven’t got any rejections either. I know many schools have sent out invites. Do I take the lack of any response as rejections and move on ? Do I wait ? It’s very confusing. How likely are schools to send out invites for another round of interviews?

I haven’t heard from any schools that applied. I’m also FTD. I applied to tufts as well but I haven’t received even the completition from them. Do they send completition? I applied to NOVA, USC, UCSF, UPENN. What about you?

I did recieve a completion mail from Tufts in July, nothing after that.
I applied to UPENN as well.

Oh really? Well, probably it’s too late to receive a completition from them. ☹️ They don’t answer any calls nor emails.

Yes the lack of an answer is very frustrating but I would not take a lack of response this early in the application cycle to mean a rejection. I think we unfortunately just have to be patient and wait until November to see how things turn out. *** It is difficult to know whether another round of interviews will happen or not, it is all up to the schools discretion.

U should start contacting the schools if u haven't heard back from (the ones who have sent out at least one round of invites)
I am a FTD too and this is what I did and they would reply back saying looking forward to reviewing ur application or would say tq for your interest but we have sent out invites already.
this way u atleast know ur status at the school.
 
USC sent out invites on October 17th and Upenn sent out another round of invites on October 18th and 19th

Today I received an email from them. They asked me to send $50 check and TOEFL score. They didn’t mention anything about GRE

They mentioned that reviewing is a long process and it’s possible candidates won’t hear about their status for a long time.It’s all very mysterious :) fingers crossed for all of us.

Did you resend your letters of recommendation to them? like physical copies as part of the supplemental documents you sent them?

Someone here posted they got interviews to these colleges
I did not apply to Oklahoma
Did not hear back from Houston

They may have several interview days.

I got 4 of my interviews before deadline, so most colleges begin reviewing once u send them
some review post the deadline
invites are usually sent in 1-4 batches based on the college preference !!!!
