Position Wanted Pgy-2 position

Looking for IM/FM pgy2 position in 2025 session.

How does it work with salary in regards to having completed one year of IM already? (Currently a prelim IK resident 2024-25 session)

My program said they cannot let me repeat intern year and pay me to be a categorical resident. Confused.
