Preliminary Score and Final Score?

So I just took my PCAT this morning and received my preliminary score report. I was wondering how much they end up differing from your actual score?

Also, does it really take them 5 weeks to put up your actual score?

I've mostly seen people say that they're pretty much exactly the same. How was the test? I'm about to take it in 2 hours.

It only increased my SS by like 2-3 points. Besides that, there's nothing really different.
