Primary Care or Urgent Care Job Hunt - Is there a classifieds?

I'm in search of a job in Primary Care or Urgent Care in Washington state. I was curious if anyone is aware of a commonly used and well-kept "classifieds" website that exists for these specialties. I'm finding that the big groups advertise on their websites, but I'd like to keep in mind any small practices that may post their openings elsewhere.

My advice, based on my own personal experience: figure out where you want to live, get a list of all the clinics/practices in your specialty in the area, and start cold-calling. I've had two "real jobs" so far and gotten both that way

This is over-generalizing obviously, but my impression has been that practices often have to advertise a job or use a recruiter because it's not such a good job
