I'm starting PCCM fellowship in June and want to get better in CXR and CT. I'm currently reading Felson's but what do you guys recommend after I finish reading that?

Read your own films, every time.
Compare your findings to radiology read.
Find a radiologist you like and drill him on the difficult ones and run over films with him.
See the cxr before the Ct scan and see if you can correlate the findings.

Rinse and repeat!

Congrats btw.

Sure, but in addition to this, do you have any further recommendations? I do what you said, but I’d also like to bolster my chest radiograph interpretation skills before fellowship graduation.
