question about NBDE part II

On the first day of the test where there are 400 questions. Will there be any pictures?

I took part II last week. First day has 400 questions followed by 100 case-based questions on day 2. Yes, I only had a 1-2 radiograph based questions on day 1, and 1 picture based question if I remember correctly.
