Wow that is quite impressive beary, 95 pounds is quite a lot!!!!....When i used to do this stuff in medical college,i used to go 135 pounds maximum....now that was a long time ago!!!!.....
In spite of all that i did, i always had a thin constitution....believe it or not, in my medical college i used to be 135 pounds and bench press an equal amount (180 cms tall).....Some called it a wiry constitution.....i hated it no matter what!.....
Nowaday though i have a punching bag on which i go for about 20 minutes a day!!!!!!
I think punching a bag is the BEST!!!!.....You dont turn you muscle into flab as fast as it would happen if you only did weight training....20 minutes is all it takes and your constitution turns solid.......Of course i now weigh a respectable 160 pounds (Thanks to Doritos and Oreo s)....im a oreo cookie monster(That s what my gf calls me!!!).....i can eat like 15 of them at one go!!!!.......
