I thought you were already east 😕

And everyone...be safe on your travels and don't forget about sdn after you reach your new destinations!

And Drill, glad to hear you are having fun...and still padding!

Nope I'm from out west and still here till Tues. Then 4.5 days in a car with my cousin (who actually likes packing and is good at it) and I'll be on the other side of the country.

Good luck on you last few days of studying.:luck:

2 more calls....
One tonight.
I slept for 18 straight hours yesterday. Went to sleep post call, woke up on call. I can't wait to not be a surgical intern.

It's official:

Nymbarra, M.D. :hardy::scared:😛

And then there was one.
Indifferent news, I work on July 1 again, same as last year.
Good news, I still only work 9 shifts next month.

1 day 16 hrs...not that I am ready to get it over with or anything. Not saying I'm fully prepared, but just ready for it to be over.

Good luck!

Get some rest...for an all-day test, it's much more important than trying to cram any last minute facts. Plus, you already know everything! You're gonna rock it!

I have been in Cali since Friday, and the movers came with my stuff Sunday.Just finished unpacking and am exhausted 😴

It must feel good to have a fully-furnished apt to live in...

We just packed up everything and put in into an ABF trailer today.

We shipped our cars via DAS last week...my car was supposed to arrive in ATL next week, but got there in 4 days! 😱 It'll just have to sit there for over a week before I get there...

My, this week is going to fly by...

One.more.night.of.call.

So I calculated it. 9 shifts next month (orientation month). 10 hour shifts. 90 hours of working.
q2 for 4 calls this week. 120 hours in 168 hours (7 days if you count Thursday AM to Thursday AM)
Man I need a nap.

I bet that was the part that took the 10 minutes with revisions.

No other updates yet...appt in a week. I guess here in about 4 wks I will have something else to drink for...

I can't believe I'm up this early. Time to go back to bed for a few hours.

Congrats em2be. I took em yesterday too.so nice to be done. Good luck rxn! Now its vacation time!

And I'm spent.
Walked around saying goodbye today. I will miss the people, not the work.

STILL can't decide between this:

and this:

The Yaris is so practical and everything I ever needed and I can get it totally loaded up without breaking my family's bank. The minicooper is small but oh so cute. And I am supposed to get the car Sunday. Help? 😕

Whichever one makes you happier. Trust me, they are both appliances. If one makes you smile, and the other just "is", then get the one that you will enjoy more.

:hello: all! In the land in the middle of nowhere. Definitely a change in pace. Almost nice, but don't really know what to do. I even have cable and I still can't find anything to watch right now.

i love, love, love my new apartment... i do something new to it every day and it feels more and more like home

on a much scarier note: i was given two prescription pads during orientation... i can't believe they are setting me free with prescription pads!!

oh and three long white coats

very nice. Glad to hear the apt is working out well too!

Maybe I can just snipe it from you...not because I want you to have bad luck, but because there's actually someone else on here.
