Anyone know what the etiquette is for rescheduling interviews, like how much time in advance to give a program?

As much as humanly possible, with the knowledge that the program may not be able to accommodate your request.

Yes...2 weeks at a minimum. This has been asked and answered several dozen times.

Also, keep in mind that just because you want to reschedule, a program may not have a different slot for you. So your option may be keep or cancel.
