For those reading this thread, don't sweat too much if you haven't heard back yet. I didn't get my first interview invite until Jan 15 and ended up with 7 total. Some programs just work at different speeds

I got a phone interview for the PGY-1 at UW yesterday!! Does anyone know what is asked with phone interviews?
I haven't heard back from any one else yet: Duke, U of Utah, U of Colorado, VA Texas Tech, OHSU, VA SLC, UNC, UNM.

I would not take it like that. They are a big program, and they didn't offer dates yet so you're probably still good.
