I can think of a few others who arent worthy to claim the institutional title of "medical school." I'm looking at YOU Meharry, Howard, E Tennessee State, and a few DO schools.

anitat said:seriously though, do you guys think being on probation will potentially hurt (if the school doesn't get off probation and is forced to close) or help (probation forces the school to make improvements) future students who attend there? if i had known about its probation status before submitting my amcas, i probably would have spent my $30 on a different school. now that i have the secondary, i wonder if i should just mail in the $95 and see what happens (it helps that there are no essays to write either ...) or keep my 95 bucks for something else.
ColoMD said:Spend your $95 elsewhere. And do you wonder why there are no essays? They really don't want any more information from you other than your AMCAS, it's just an easy way for them to make easy money off people who are just going to "see what happens." Here's what will happen...you'll be $95 poorer.
