What do applicants typically wear when taking a second look at EM residencies? I know other specialties go with the full suit for guys but I didn't know if EM was different given the nature of the ED.

The coordinator will tell you. I just wore scrubs. But, it's safe to wear business casual (dress pants and shirt with no tie) and your white coat.

By this point in 4th year you should have cut the sleeves off of your short white coat in order to make it into a white vest. Wear this.
