Maybe this is a bit premature in that I haven't had a first look yet, but here goes.
I've been reading a lot on the interview process today and found a site that suggested that a "second look" was expected/suggested/appreciated or some such thing.
Does anybody have an idea why I would want to do that, or how it might be perceived? Seems to me that if I can't make up my mind in one look, EM may not be the profession for me.
(Search--yields nothing for "second look")
