General Admissions & OTCAS Sending Transcipts Before Doing Applications?

Just wondering if I can send them to all the schools before finishing their individual applications?

Each school is different. I've called several schools and some want you to apply to the graduate program first and THEN send transcripts. Others don't care and will start a file for you once they start receiving parts of your app. I would just call/email each place and ask.

Just to be safe, do the application first. I'm beginning to suspect some schools in California throw them away if you're not on record first. It's a massive pain.
